When does cashback appear in my wallet?+
Cashback moves from "pending" to "available" 24 hours after your checkout, once the host confirms the stay was completed successfully.
Can I withdraw cashback as real money?+
No, cashback can only be used toward LetsRent bookings. It has no cash value outside the platform.
Do hosts control the cashback percentage?+
No. Cashback percentages are set by LetsRent and controlled by our admin team. Hosts cannot change them.
Does cashback expire?+
No, your cashback never expires. Use it whenever you are ready for your next trip.
Bookings
How do I book an apartment?+
Select your dates and guests on the apartment page, then click "Reserve now" to go to checkout. Enter your payment details and confirm.
Can I cancel a booking?+
Yes. Cancellation policies vary by property (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict). Most offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
What is instant booking?+
Properties with the "Instant Book" badge can be booked immediately without waiting for host approval.
When am I charged?+
You are charged at the time of booking confirmation. The payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Hosting
How do I become a host?+
Visit the "Become a Host" page and click "Start Hosting". You will need to verify your identity before listing properties.
How do I list a property?+
From your host dashboard, click "Add Property" and follow the 4-step process: details, photos, pricing, and publish.
How do I get paid?+
Payouts are processed through Stripe. You can track your income from the host dashboard.

Which cities are available?+
We currently operate in Tallinn, Tartu, Narva, and Pärnu. We are expanding to Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and Germany next.
How do I verify my identity?+
Go to Settings > Identity Verification and follow the prompts. Verification is required for booking and hosting.

Yes. We use 256-bit SSL encryption and process payments through Stripe. Your data is never sold to third parties.
