We process account and contact details, booking/listing data, payment and payout references, wallet records, reviews, support messages, notification subscriptions and security logs to perform contracts, meet legal duties, prevent fraud, support users and operate the service.

Necessary data may be shared with the relevant guest or host and processors such as Stripe, Supabase, hosting, email and notification providers. International transfers use applicable safeguards. Full card data is handled by Stripe, not stored by LetsRent.

Data is kept only as long as needed for service, disputes, fraud prevention and accounting/legal duties. We use HTTPS, access controls, database row-level security and restricted server secrets, but no online system is risk-free.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or your local supervisory authority.

LetsRent acts as an online marketplace and intermediary. Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, the accommodation or vehicle rental contract is concluded between the guest and the independent host or supplier; LetsRent provides the platform, payment routing and support.

Before you pay, the booking screen shows the total price for the selected dates, including the service fee, any discount, applied cashback and taxes charged through the platform. Charges collected on site by the host (for example a local tourist tax, deposit or cleaning fee) are shown in the listing where known.

Card payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.) as payment service provider. We never store full card numbers. Payouts to hosts run through Stripe Connect.

Cancellation and refund rules are set by the cancellation policy saved with your booking and published at /cancellation-policy, which forms part of these terms.

For accommodation and vehicle rental provided on specific dates or for a specific period, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal generally does not apply under Estonian and EU consumer law. Where that exception does not in fact apply to a particular service, your statutory withdrawal right remains fully available, and our cancellation policy never replaces it.

Complaints: write to daniil.tyutin777@gmail.com with your booking reference. We aim to answer within 3 business days and to resolve the complaint within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, a consumer resident in Estonia may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, and consumers in other countries may contact the competent consumer authority or out-of-court dispute body in their country of residence.

Estonian law applies to the relationship with the operator, and Estonian courts have jurisdiction, but this never deprives a consumer of the protection of mandatory rules of the country in which they reside, nor of the right to bring proceedings there.
