By using LetsRent, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use LetsRent. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Bookings and payments
- Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment
- Cashback is credited after checkout and host confirmation
- Cashback has no expiry date
- Cancellation policies vary by property
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
4. Host responsibilities
- Provide accurate property information and photos
- Maintain the property in safe, clean condition
- Respond to booking requests promptly
- Cannot manipulate cashback percentages (admin controlled)
- Honor stated cancellation policies
5. Guest responsibilities
- Provide accurate guest count and booking details
- Respect house rules and property
- Do not engage in illegal activities on the property
- Leave reviews that are honest and accurate
6. Cashback terms
Cashback is earned on completed stays only. Pending cashback becomes available 24 hours after checkout. Cashback can only be used toward LetsRent bookings and has no cash value outside the platform.
7. Liability
LetsRent is a marketplace and is not responsible for the actions of hosts or guests. We facilitate bookings but do not guarantee the condition of properties.
